I can't do everything

Sometimes I just have to come to the difficult conclusion that I can't do everything. Last Friday for instance! I wanted so badly to celebrate the graduations... but sadly concluded that trying to fit it in around Last Supper preparations might kill me. (How strange to think I'm getting to that age where this might not be just an overly dramatic way of speaking!)

Mitsuki, Andrea, and Akemi

Four of our KGK Bible Study group graduated this year. Mitsuki and Akemi are (reluctantly, I fear) staying in Hirosaki. But Andrea headed back to Brazil this week. Its hard to say good bye.

Mary, Mitsuki and Hanachan

Hanachan isn't going quite so far - just across the channel to Hakodate where I hope to visit her often. I love this photo and the way all three look so old-fashioned and so Japanese. Of course, Hanachan is the most striking in her Hakama!

Hanachan and I started in KGK together 6 years ago. Now she's a Doctor and I'm the student!
