You are noble enough!

We can ask for justice, and we can ask for a handkerchief, and we can ask for cupcakes, and we can ask for all the soldiers in the world to lay down their weapons and join us in a rousing chorus of "Cry Me a River," if that happens to be our favorite song. But we can also ask for something that we are much more likely to get... We can ask for someone who will say "You are noble enough," and remind us of our good qualities when we have forgotten them, or cast them into doubt.

- Lemony Snicket's "The Penultimate Peril"

Just now I'm standing in the gallery watching several dramas play out and I want to shout to the players "You are noble enough!" I want to cry with Paul: "Do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised."

Yes, by the grace of God, you CAN do it - HANG IN THERE!
